1. Raw Banana (Valakai ) - 1
2. Oil - 3 tsp
3. Chilly Powder - 2 tsp
4. Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
5. Turmeric - 1/2 tspSalt - to taste6. Water - 1/2 cup

Preparation:
1. Peel valakai , and cut in to rectangle pieces and put in to a vessel.
2 .Put them in water to prevent them from darkening.
3. Heat the oil in heavy based pan.
4. Add the valakai,chilly powder,salt,turmeric and cumin powder mix it well and fry for 5 mins in medium heat.
5. Sprinkle water in between and fry.
6. Once in a while add oil also as it makes it crispy and tasty.7. when it is done,it should be both cooked and light crispy.
