Cabbage Poriyal










Ingredients:


Cabbage - 1/2Onion - 1 (chopped)
Dry red chilies - 3Garlic - 3 nos
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seed - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
oil
Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan, do the seasoning with mustard and urad da.Add gralic fry for a minute.
Add onion, dry red chilies.
Fry for 10 mts in medium heat.
Add turmeric powder .
Now add the cabbage.
Sprinkle water, cover and cook till cabbage is soft.['Don add more water just like spray']

Remove from heat..


Serve hot with rice with puli kualmbu.
