Ingredients:
- Moon dal - 1 /2cup
- Thoor dal - 1/2cup
- Drumsticks- 5 pieces
- Carrot - 1/2
- brinjal - 1 Medium size
- Potato - 1
- Green chillies- 1
- tomato - 1 Medium size
- onion - 1 Medium size
- Coriander powder - 1tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
- olive oil - 2 tsp
- Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
- curry leaves -4 count
- Mustard seeds - 1tsp
- Salt for taste
Method:
- In a pan fry the moong dal for 5 mts.
- Add the green chillies then add onion & fry the onion till gloden brown then add tomato.
- Add the thoor dal,moong dal,vegetables.
- Pressure them till 2 whistle.
- Then,open the pan & add coriander powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt & cook for 5mts.
- Now,in a tempering vessel pre-heat the oil & splutter the mustard seeds,urad dal,curry leaves.
- Now Sambar is ready .
