Mint Chutney
Ingredients:
- Mint (Pudina)-1 bunch
- Dry Red Chillies-2
- Mustard Seeds-1 tsp
- Urad Daal-3 tsp
- Dry Tamarind-1 Piece
- Garlic-4
- Onion-1 medium size
- Heeng-1 tsp
- Oil-1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Wash & coarse chop the mint.
- In a pan heat the oil & fry all the ingredients.
- Grind all the fryed ingredients.
