Mint Chutney



Ingredients:
  • Mint (Pudina)-1 bunch
  • Dry Red Chillies-2
  • Mustard Seeds-1 tsp
  • Urad Daal-3 tsp
  • Dry Tamarind-1 Piece
  • Garlic-4
  • Onion-1 medium size
  • Heeng-1 tsp
  • Oil-1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:


  • Wash & coarse chop the mint.
  • In a pan heat the oil & fry all the ingredients.
  • Grind all the fryed ingredients.
