Chettinad Meen Varuval



Ingredients for Marinating
Garlic - 4pods
Small onion- 4Small jeera- 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds- 1/2 tsp
Pepper- 1/2 tspChili powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Salt-1 tablespoon



Method:
Grind all the items with little

water
Apply the masala on the fish pieces
And marinate for 2 hours.
Pour 2 teaspoon oil fry the fish in a tawa.
After 5 to 6 minutes, with the dosa ladle slowly turn back the fish pieces.
