Goat Brain Fry ( Bheja Fry )

Ingredients
  • Goat brain-2
  • Onion small size – 3 to 4 nos
  • Green chilli- 3
  • Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp

  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala - pinch
  • Garlic - 2 nos
  • Fennal seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Oil and salt as needed

Method
  • Clean the brain with water and turmeric.
  • Heat the kadai and add little oil.

  • Splutter curry leaves.
  • Then add fennal seeds.
  • Then add garlic , chopped onion and greeen chilli. Fry them well.

  • Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala.
  • Then add the goat brain.

  • pour some water, add some salt and mix it well.
  • Cook it for around 5-10 minutes.

  • Garnished with coriander leaves while serving.
