Ingredients
- Goat brain-2
- Onion small size – 3 to 4 nos
- Green chilli- 3
- Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala - pinch
- Garlic - 2 nos
- Fennal seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Oil and salt as needed
Method
- Clean the brain with water and turmeric.
- Heat the kadai and add little oil.
- Splutter curry leaves.
- Then add fennal seeds.
- Then add garlic , chopped onion and greeen chilli. Fry them well.
- Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala.
- Then add the goat brain.
- pour some water, add some salt and mix it well.
- Cook it for around 5-10 minutes.
- Garnished with coriander leaves while serving.
