Ingredients:
- Nandu (crab) - 2 lbs
- onions - 1/4 kg
- green chillies - 4 - 5 ( to taste)
- Fennal seeds - 1tsp
- garlic - 5 pods
- salt to taste
- turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- curry leaves - 10 - 12
- oil to fry
Method:
- Open the can , remove the water and put some turmeric and mix (no need to boil it)
- Peel the garlic and keep it aside
- Cut onion into fine slices
- Cut green chillies into fine slices
- In a kadai add oil and add the fennel seeds then add garlic,curry leaves and green chillies then fry until the garlic are cooked
- Now add the onions fry untill it turns golden brown in colour then add turmeric powder little.
- Now add the crab and salt .
- Mix it well
- Leave it in simmer for 5 mins.
- Serve hot with rasam rice or pepper kuzhambu
