Ingredients :
- Rice flour – 1 cup
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- water - 2 1/2 cup
- Salt- pinch
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder – ½ teaspoon
Method:
- In a pan add milk,water,salt and rice flour together.
- In a non-stick pan add the mixer and keep stirring any lumps, till it forms a dough consistency.
- Now add 3 tsp of oil and knead the dough and make a small.
- Mix the 2 cup of water and 1 cup coconut milk ,bring it to boil.
- Now add the balls to boiling coconut milk.
- Boil in medium flame for 3 minutes or until the balls float on the top.
- Now add the sugar and cardamom powder.
- Now mix it untill the sugar dissolve.
- Serve it hot.
