Cauliflower Dosa/Roll





Ingredients:


  • Cauliflower-1(small size)
  • Mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Fennal seeds - 1.2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - as needed
  • Garlic - 4 nos
  • Onion - 1 small
  • Idily rice - 2cup
  • Brown rice - 2 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Urad dhal - 1 cup
  • Green chillis - 2 no
  • Tomatoes - 1 finally chopped
  • salt - as neded
  • turmeric powder - pinch
  • garam masala -1/4 tsp
  • chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • corriander powder - 1/2 tsp

Method for making cauliflower:

  • Take cauliflower and cut into small florets and boil it in water with a pinch of turmeric powder and salt.
  • Heat the oil, add mustard,then add fennal seeds

  • Now add garlic pieces ,add curry leaves, onion and green chillis. 
  • Fry them well till the onions turn transparent then  add tomatoes and fry. 
  • Add salt, pinch turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala. 
  • let them all mix togeather. 
  • Now add boiled cauliflower. mix them well.



Method for making dosa:


  • Soak 4cup of rice with urad dhal and fenugreek seeds for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Grind it.(keep it aside for 12 to 24 hours)
  • Heat dosa tava  and  spread the dosa batter as a thin layer. Pour oil and allow it to cook.

  • Turn the dosa using spatula and allow it to get roasted.
  • Once it is roasted spread the fry over dosa.
  • Roll it and cut in center.

  • Serve cauliflower dosa hotly with chutney or sambar.
