Ingredients:
- Ridge gourd - 2 small ones,peeled & chopped.
- Onion-1 big
- Chilli powder- 1 tsp
- Corinder powder - 1 tsp
- Mustard seed- 1/2 tsp
- Channa dal- 1/2 tsp
- Urad dal- 1/2 tsp
- curry leaves- as needed
- salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds.After it pop up,add channa dal & urad dal.saute it.
- Add curry leaves & onion.saute well.
- Add the chopped ridge gourd & salt. saute it & close it with lid.
- when the ridge gourd becomes soft & well cooked.
Serve with rice,sambar.
