Meen Kuzhambu /Fish Curry

Ingredient I:
Onion small  5 to 6 nos
Mustered Seeds  1/2 tsp
Asafoedita   1/2 tsp
Tomato  2 Medium
Garlic  2 to 3 nos
curry leaves  5 to 6 nos
Fenugreek Seeds   2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder   1 tbsp
Coriander Powder   1 tbsp
Turmeric powder  1 tsp
Sesame oil   2 tbsp
Tamarind    small Lemon Size 
salt  as needed



Ingredient II :(Grind it)
Onion Shallots   3 nos
Black Peppercorns   2 tsp
Cumin Seeds  2 tsp

Ingredient III:(Marination)
Tilapia  fish  1 full fish ( i used head and 2 to 3 pieces)
Red Chilli Powder   2 tsp
Coriander Powder   2 tsp
Turmeric Powder  1 tsp
Method:
Wash the fish with some stone salt.
Marinate with give ingredient for marination.
Cut the shallots , tomato and peel the garlic.
Grind the ingredient for grinding.
Heat the sesame oil in the pan, once it heated add fenugreek , curry leaves, mustard seeds.
Now add the garlic saute for a min.
Add Onion saute , add tomato saute until it mashed.
Now add the Grinded ingredient saute until oil comes out.
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and saute.
Now add Tamarind juice and cook until oil comes out from the gravy.
Finally add the marinated fish into gravy and close the lid , cook it for 5 min on low flame .
Serve it with hot rice.
