- Salmon - 1 piece.
- Chili powder-1 tablespoon .
- Coriander powder-1 tablespoon .
- Salt-1 tablespoon.
- Curd - 1 tablespoon.
- Oil - 2 tablespoon.
Method:
- Apply the masala on the fish pieces.
- Pour 2 tablespoon oil in the tawa.
- Now layer the fish pieces in the tawa.
- Keep the flame in medium.
- After 2 minutes slowly turn back the fish pieces.
