Fish Fry



Ingredients:

  • Salmon - 1 piece.
  • Chili powder-1 tablespoon .
  • Coriander powder-1 tablespoon .
  • Salt-1 tablespoon.
  • Curd - 1 tablespoon.
  • Oil - 2 tablespoon.

Method:

  • Apply the masala on the fish pieces.
  • Pour 2 tablespoon oil in the tawa.
  • Now layer the fish pieces in the tawa.
  • Keep the flame in medium.
  • After 2 minutes slowly turn back the fish pieces.
