Ingredients:
- Tomatoes - 3 medium
- Onion - 1 medium,
- Tamarind - small size
- Urad dal - 3 tsp
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Red chillies - 4
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Asafoetida - large pinch
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil and add urad dal let it become brown then add tamarind,garlic & red chilli.
- Then add onions and tomatoes fry 1 mts.Let it cool.
- Add salt when u grind it , do the seasoning with mustard and curry leaves
- Pour over ground chutney.
- Mix well and serve.
