Ingredients:
- Thoor dal - 1 cup.
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Red chilli - 2no
- Asfodita pinch
- Curry leaves as needed
Method:
- Wash the Dal.
- Pressure cook tuvar dhal after adding turmeric powder , jeera,asfodita and water to the same.
- Heat the oil add the mustard seeds allow to splutter then add urad dal , red chilli and curry leaves.
- Then add the pressure cooked dal to it and mix it well.
