Nethili Meen Varuval




Ingredients :
Nethili - 20 to 2
Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric -½ te
aspoon

Method:
Clean and wash the fish.
Marinate the fish with red chilli powder, salt and turmeric for an hour.
Deep fry the fish in a hot oil.

  1. ahhh the famous nethili meen reminds me of an old tamil movie (mudhal mariyaadhai) where sivaji and radha catch and eat this fish, hehehe, the way they eat it will be mouthwatering :) nice fish fries , looks hot & crispy :)
