Diamond biscuit/ madia sweet biscuit(Shankarpali)



Ingredients:
  • All purpose Flour - 1 cup
  • Wheat flour- 1 cup
  • water - 1/ 4 cup
  • Sugar - - 1 cup(according to ur taste)
  • Butter-  1/2 cup (100gm)
  • Salt - pinch
  • Milk - 1/2 cup



Method:
.
  • Mix water and milk, beat the sugar and room temperature butter little fluffy.
  • Mix the flour and salt.
  • Now add the flour to the beaten mixer.
  • Make like a chapati flour.

  • Make a round then roll of the dough to a circle and make a vertical cut first and then horizontal cut to form a diamond shape . (u can use cookie cutter too )


  • Then heat the oil deep fry it.
