Ingredient:
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Dry red chillis - 3 to 4 no
- Tamrind - pinch
- Garlic - 2 nos
- Urdal - 2 tbps
Method:
- Dry roast all the ingredient.
- Then Grind it with little.
- Then heat the pan add some oil
- Then add mustard seeds, urdal, and curry leaves.
- And add it with the grinded chuntey.
- Serve it with idly or dosa.
