Fryed Coconut Chutney

Ingredient:


  • Coconut - 1 cup
  • Dry red chillis - 3 to 4 no
  • Photobucket
  • Tamrind - pinch
  • Garlic - 2 nos
  • Urdal - 2 tbps


Method:


  • Dry roast all the ingredient.
  • Then Grind it with little.
  • Then heat the pan add some oil
  • Then add mustard seeds, urdal, and curry leaves.
  • And add it with the grinded chuntey.
  • Serve it with  idly or dosa.
